The leaves of the Common Sweet Cicely are triangular, broken into three lobes and are deeply toothed. The flowers are tiny, often looking greenish white, which is the way to distinguish these from the Western Sweet Cicely, which has yellowish flowers. A very “common” wildflower is shady forest areas.
