Davidson’s Penstemon grows in sub-alpine and alpine areas of the Cascades. The leaves usually have fine teeth on their edges and are in a dense mat low to the ground. Davidson’s Penstemon has two to three or more flowers at the ends of the stems. All the photos here were taken on Lookout Mountain, OR, June 24, 2025.
