The Foamflower is sometimes called Three-leaved Foamflower because each leaf is divided into three lobes that are finely toothed. There are many flowers on each stem all above the leaves. Each flower has five petals and ten stamens that extend beyond the petals. Foamflower grows in shady forest areas.
