I have only found this particular manzanita, the Green Manzanita, growing on Table Rocks in southern Oregon. There are about nine different manzanita types growing in Oregon, all similar. This one has oval leaves that are sort of leathery. The flowers grow in dense clusters, are very pink and hang down from the branches. The photos below were taken on April 11, 2025 on the Lower Table Rock trail.
