The Poet’s Shooting Star is easily confused with the very similar Bonneville Shooting Star. The Poet’s Shooting Star has glandular, or slightly hairy, leaves and stalks. Widely distributed in the Pacific Northwest, often sharing space with the Bonneville Shooting Star.
Notice the small hairs on the stem
