There are quite a few different saxifrage family members here in the Pacific Northwest. All have similar flowers yet each is distinctive. The Oregon Saxifrage is probably the tallest of these. The stems are slightly hairy. The leaves are usually in a rosette at the base of the plant, and have rounded teeth. The flowers are numerous at the top of the tall stem. There are ten stamens per flower that end in glands that are typically reddish.
