The Whitestem Frasera has distinct rosette of long leaves often showing white edges. The inflorescence has many flowers of pale blue to pale purple. Growing in meadows from low to mid elevations, the Whitestem Frasera has one close relative here in our area, the Monument Plant. The flowers are very similar except in color.
