Pinedrops is the tallest of all the mycotrophic-heterotrophic wildflowers, sometimes growing up to three feet tall. Pinedrops stand out in the forest due to this height. The flowers hang down off the stalk, usually with many flowers on one stalk. Often growing near other Pinedrops plants.
